We don't know what this upcoming meeting is about. How about waiting to see before we jump to conclusions. I'm sure if it ends up being about parking the dashes and turning PDT into a ground handling operation no one outside PDT would care.

And as for the FFDC group letter, it's meaningless since PSA signed. I think our MEC chairman's point in not signing the letter was that we had signed similar letters in the past only to be stabbed in the back. Now we have a letter with a signee that has just a few months before screwed everyone over, and we're expected to just accept it, even though we had no say in writing it.

Actions speak louder than words. Here's a suggestion to the FFDC group. Work on creating a regional pilot master seniority list, or at the very least offer to any pilot group that turns down these aircraft, straight DOH integration of seniority lists in the event of a merger.

At PDT we have zero leverage in negotiations right now. We have an aged fleet and pilot group, with no hope for a better future. Do you think the guys here in their 50s and 60s (and we have a lot) give a crap about stopping the whipsaw. Most just wanna make it to retirement without having to find another job. The rest of the industry should rally around PDT pilots and support them with actions like DOH merged lists should an offer like Eagles or PSAs be put forth by AAG, instead of just sending threats and demands to our MEC.
