Well, common sense would dictate that if the contract was cost neutral to the company, and pilots like shiz are reporting large gains, then cost cuts came from somewhere else in the company. Pilots are happy, of course, but it is the union's job to make sure all pilots receive fair representation. So, someone, somewhere, is taking it on the chin.
