Getting violated? Sure, if you're breaking regs, but that's on you as a pilot. Ending up dead? That's one I haven't heard and last I checked they have never had an accident. Please explain that one.
FWIW, the old CP/DO, DJ now works at the ABQ FSDO.
they have had a fatal accident where the pilot and all passengers ended up dead on take off .they told us about it in training. it was very long time ago though.
