Flow through where the entire seniority list will be at mainline within 5 years of signing the deal. So 3 years as an FO 2 Years as a captain, then FLOW. If anyone wants to fly for AA then they have to go through EAGLE/PDT.
Funny..... You'll never see 3% pay increases at a regional year over year, however seems like the rest PSA already has in their last contract..... And while we're on it they'll soon not have but 2 year or less FOs thus the biggest complaint I hear about these so called concessions they took.... No worries no one knew about PDT guys but now all the ENVOY pilots will tell you everything about your contract yet in reality they know little to none....
Lets not forget their MEC Chairman Tony signed off on a B scale along with their NC.... A pay cap isn't nearly the same as what that guy nearly did to this situation.... But hey he's the same guy who thinks AE flows, or the 200 guys, should go above all Airways pilots.... And all Airways guys should be stapled... Yes direct words over breakfast in Herndon.... Maybe next time he should use caution in saying such as there might be guys going to Airways in a room.....
