Indeed so, and I wrote my reps about it immediately. The Company cannot unilaterally liquidate vacations that conflict with a pilot's qualification training. Should he desire to keep his vacation and delay his training, and only if there is no other pilot who can take his original training slot, he may rebid the vacation for later in the vacation year or he may
choose to have that vacation liquidated. (7 C. 7. b.)
