I never said they bring more, I said they bring a lot. One of the best pilots I've flown with was a Great Lakes B-1900 Captain before coming to my airline. I've watched him manage the cockpit and use energy management better than most. At my airline some of the pilot I respect most have never touch the controls of a military aircraft. The grew up flying freight and regionals.
And let's leave the 2~3 briefs and debriefs at the door
