Unfortunately at Skywest and every other airline the turboprop payscale is lower than the CRJ pay scale which is also lower than the E175 pay scale. No one who makes the pay scale cares about how hard a plane is to fly. There are plenty of people who would gladly stay on the brasilia overnighting in MRY and SBA every night if the pay were the same as the CRJ/ERJ.



Not really true that "the bids are all just based on seniority" There are a lot of very senior crews that don't get to fly the 7 or 900 in PSP/FAT/TUS!
