As far as payback days go, be aware that, once they are placed on your schedule, they can be moved around just like X days can.
Also, as a heads up, when assigning reserve green slips, scheduling has failed to put payback days in my payback day bank twice in three months. Moral of the story: Make sure you know your contract! Oh, and enforce it!

Edit: Doh! I see LeineLodge addressed CS's problems. Stuff like this never used to happen....
It seems like it's gotten worse in the last 12 months. They used to put the GS on your line, and immediately update the PB/Bank days. Lately it seems like they are so busy/behind that it gets scribbled on a post-it to be taken care of later. Unfortunately, if the don't ever "catch up" it tends to fall off the desk.
This is yet another thing that could/should be fixed pretty simply by IT - less work for the schedulers, and less auditing for us.
