It's possible. Right now that only happens when they offer Premium flying. If no make up takers and no reserves available, they offer Premium Reserve at their whim.
Flying on Reserve days off hasn't been implemented yet and that will be offered at straight pay.
Not sure if it can be counted on for a steady paycheck.
