What I am saying is Labor is gonna be needed to get us out of this mess. Either with this guy or whomever replaces him he is gonna need us on board. The toxic relationship that has been festering here for decades is not something anyone is gonna want to come to. Kellner specifically cited the culture at united as a reason he shot down this merger the first time. There are a lot of bad CEO's out there...as a sual pilot you have worked with many. We do not need to continue the same pattern you have been repeating.
There are many ways we can signal that we are ready for good leadership. I'm sure you can think of a few.
