Thanks rcfd13! Good to hear! Im not quite up to speed on the fleet plans but is MSP and ORD mostly -200's? Id be a little weary taking a 50 seater job seeing as the industry in general is going towards the 70/80 seaters. Is skywest slowly replacing them?
I talked with a SkyWest mech that I've known for a long time that told me we are getting 6 CRJ 200's out of the desert for crazy low prices. They are putting new engines on them, new paint, and new interiors.
Talk and action within the airline industry is typically a slow process.
The 200's aren't going away overnight.
Word is that something big is to be announced soon, probably that we are whoring ourselves to fly what eagle said no too?
No leverage, no union, no voice?
