USAPA also says they approved a revised MTA or something. That would require Parker as well and there's been nothing there and both would essentially mean USAPA is dropping their lawsuits, which then would lead one to wonder who caved on their position ?
Fair enough... We wait for the APA to speak...
BTW, the MTA they revised, was the
UNION MTA. There is a difference. And the other document was a Global Settlement Agreement, and that may indeed mean their will be lawsuits withdrawn... Until we can see the actual documents, everything is just a guess...
