I'm not sure if you're dense or trying to be a smart***. If you're old you might get the 700/900. Some classes can all go to the 200 though or you may not even get a choice between CRJ vs ERJ. If you want the time in a "big" RJ to go play in the sand and that's all you're after you better look else where. Compass's fleet is entirely 170-175's so since you assume you can get a job so easily I'd suggest going there. A long time junior means 5 years...
