. Send Eagles 47 CRJ700 to PSA remove the 35 CRJ200 from PSA fleet no negotiation needed
since they fly them for free under a blended rate

. Place the 60 E175 on Eagle certificate with negotiated new rates and contract improvements. Place PDT pilot group on Eagle/PSA list to help staff their fleet. As the E175 come in remove the Dash from the system. By 2016/17 no more CRJ 200 for PSA and no more Dash 8 no more Piedmont.

What are you smoking dummy? The most jr captain at PSA (09 I think) makes the same as your 18 year captain. Your top fo pay is year 3rd pay at PSA.
