Are you serious? The mustard I cut fills my logbook with jet time. I don't have a spot for big and small RJ time. They are all RJs, no one cares about how much it weighs. Get over it. You are talking about a few thousand pounds and it's the same type. You should be more concerned about never upgrading and sitting reserve for years. I'd go somewhere else if I were a new hire.
