I wouldn't worry about it too much. I have crappy credit because of that same reason. And if there are hatters out there, then so be it. Life happens. What can I say, our government has taught us well. I can tell you though that in some states it is illegal to pull credit reports now. This is because of the crappy economy brought to you by corporations and government outsourcing jobs. California is one of those states.
