I did what a lot of other pilots did in the early/mid 2000's Took out a 50K loan, put it all into a flight school (yes all at once) and started my training. They used all of it, obviously ahead of me needing it for training. The bank didn't care that they used the money fraudulently. They loaned me 50 K; I chose to put that 50K into a stupid investment...it failed. They were not at fault. Sucks, but after working with our Lawyers, ATA's and Key's; you lean that's the way the cookie crumbles with banks.

Think it sounds fishy; just look up TAB Express, Silver State, Jet University, RAA, lot's more example other than my ol' school.
