Am I supposed to bow and kiss your ring or something?

Ever heard of slander?

For the record, when my loan went to collection I had been away from home for a month attending unpaid training at a 135 operator that I could not work for because I didn't have enough money to rent an apartment or share a crash pad at any of the cities they could base me in.

In my hotel in another state, I received a phone call from home and was informed that my loan had gone to collection. I had called Keybank a week earlier to tell them that I would get a paycheck in a month and to please not send it to collection.

This unpaid training was preceded by an absolutely horrendous winter (4 months) of tons of cancelled lessons (income) as a CFI. You can't work a full-time job "to be responsible" when you have flying lessons scheduled with students.
And you can't get a flying job if you haven't been flying regularly.
