Howard's name came up in another airline thread, that led me here.
Howard "the duck" Attarian, while at ALPA National had a nasty habit of backdoor backstabbing pilots. He would meet with airline management and the NMB secretly, to curry favor and to advance his own position at the expense of those his duty was to represent.

Wherever he is today, I hope he rots.
