Are any of you guys having trouble getting a DH seat assigned on Travel Net, for a deviated deadhead? I always book mine as soon as I get the trip award, using the Company Business drop box, and it used to give you a seat assignment (row 42 or so!) and then you could immediately click 'change seat', get the seat map and pick your favorite open seat.
This week I've been trying to do it for next week's trip, as I've done in the past, but now it's not giving me a seat assignment at all, and no seat map.
Did the geniuses at Delta Tech change something in Travel Net, so we can no longer pick a seat? Do I have to actually check in for the flight first, 24hrs. prior?

First to review the DD rules, you can use TravelNet to request a DD to start the trip 14 days prior, the DD at the end of the trip once once you sign in.
Second, copy your locator number from TravelNet then go to
https://www.delta.com/PCCOciWeb/findBy.action
and see if you can pick a seat. Come back 23:59 prior to departure, check-in (send the ticket to your smart phone), put in your upgrade request for first class(LOL) and see if you can upgrade your seat to EC.
