Maybe at virgin, but not at delta. One of the LCA types on here can give the details. I'm pretty sure we get one or two chances, a training review board, then last chance, followed by termination. You either get your **** together or find other employment. That being said, most of the FO's I fly with are ****hot and keep my ass out of trouble. Most FO's here make the job very easy.
No, I wasn't referring to VX. Just the recent accidents with poor pilot training records and those pilots going unchecked figuratively, even if literally passing with checkmarks in each box.
