Actually, I thoroughly enjoyed the online prep. I attended 2 online preps plus a phone consult and felt extremely prepared for my interview. You still have 5 other people staring at you through the computer screen + more listening. It probably doesn't create as much stress as if you were in person, but I felt comfortable with my experience.
If I were conveniently aligned to go to attend a prep, in person, I would. But the online preps are great and are very convenient.
