Home every night (only good if you live there)
Short Reserve (I had 2 months)
You build time quickly
Short upgrade (as long as you don't **** off manassass)
Good experience lots of IMC and Ice
Good Crews
Good lines (weekends off very easily 12-18 days off in ALB dont know other bases)
The SAAB is fun
Good training
quick turns

Bad

Pay/no per diem except IAH and doing TDY
Crappy bases (Jamestown, Johnstown)
Out station basing
Understaffed (no sick days and they ask for doctor notes)
Not enough aircraft
Poor dispatchers (forget alternates, wrong a/c on releases, forget to put MEL's on releases)
Extremely disorganized
Poor ground support (no type IV in Presque Isle, Maine Nuff said)
Aircraft have seen better days (but it makes flying them more exciting)
MX program sux (how can you expect a mechanic to clear 8 MEL's in 12 hours or a mechanic in LGA might forget your engine oil cap and you almost fry an engine on takeoff)
Planes swaps out the @#$
Same flights all the time (boring)
Crew schedulers suck big time (except for Leroy)
