Warthawg, welcome. DFW not only has lots of FAs, but pilots, too. I'd not count on the company opening a satellite base. Rumors happen all the time around here, but not many come to fruition. Also, you can reserve the jumpseat and it's yours, regardless of seniority. Try your best to avoid having to use the positive space option, especially while on probation.
