Yes, as long as you are not providing the plane you can advertise all you like.

Here's one gotcha though...if the plane is a rental then the CUSTOMER, not the pilot must rent it. You can't rent it it and pass the cost along...that would be you providing the plane. That means he has to meet whatever minimums the club has to rent an airplane (student pilot cert?).
