1. I doubt it. PRIA is about training records and drug test results and the big safety related things. There is nothing illegal regarding the length of notice you give or don't give, so I'd be very suprised if this was in any way related to it. Provided you don't quit mid flight, of course.
2. It happens all the time. I really don't think anyone cares as long as its not some flagrant mitigating circumstance (like quitting at an out station stranding a bunch of people while you flip everyone off, etc).
3. Highly unlikely. Sometimes hiring airlines will offer classes inside of 2 weeks knowing that you are currently employed. Most don't care about the feelings of the other.
