It will not be on your PRIA but when the company request your employment data it will more than likely come back that you are not eligible for rehire. This might raise some eyebrows but I won't worry too much about it.

You probably won't be asked since they won't find out about it until after they've hired you.

3. If that person was already hired by another airline (X), the place they plan to stay, do they risk losing the job with (X) by not giving (Y) 2 weeks notice?
