Had a captain explain it to me that the computer program that drives and calculates ticket prices isn't hacking it, and that is what drove a large portion of the loss last quarter.
Wait, I thought it was the weather that drove it? Or it was that "sourcing costs" have gone up? Just a matter of time before the standard excuse that labor is simply too expensive gets used.
As it relates to the computer program, "UAL is an IT company..........." Or something along those lines.
