I bet it's an SSP for everyone including newhires. what they fail to see, is that will not do a damn thing for our huge staffing issues at the present. We all know delta doesnt like flow so what will it be? There will be no flow or B-scale. So they will throw some hail mary in hopes it will help the current staffing problems, and it will fail.
They keep trying to sell the idea that Endeavor is a good place to begin one's career and then move on. They present pilots leaving for greener pastures as a positive and something they want for us. What they dont appear to get is that the horrible working conditions both drive the desire to leave this place as well as completely impede the ability to recruit. After all why would anyone want to come her when everyone here cant leave quick enough? With the projected numbers of industry wide hiring, no one with competitive qualifications HAS to come here. And not everyone wants to fly for Delta either. If this big news is just a further extension of the SSP to fo's, I dont believe it will slow attrition or attract new hires. Im quite curious.
