And there is no difference in pay from the 737-800/900 and the 757-200. So unless you're senior enough to bid the 767 trips, pay is a non-issue. If you like sitting at home on reserve, the 737 is for you!! I've been here since 9/2013 and have a whopping 101 hours in the plane!
