“Since the customer did not meet these criteria he did not have access to the lounge. We are reaching out to the customer and appreciate his business.”

We will see how this plays out, but according to a UAL response he was trying to get into the Global First Lounge without a GF ticket and/or GF Status. That is different from the plain old United Club featuring cold $3 Heineken stubbies (or Sismek sized as I like to call it) on draft which requires the membership card. Btw Will.i.am sure sucked up the Super Bowl half time a few years back.
