Yes. You'll need your own headset. I've seen pretty much all of them on line and you'll probably go through a few before you find what you like. Start with what you have and ask around.

Does SkyWest require that headsets be TSO approved/compliant? I have a set of Lightspeed Zulu's that I really like, but aren't on the TSO list.
If I am correctly interpreting FAA guidance, TSO is recommended, not required, but some airlines have elected to adopt this standard for their SOP.
