With 50 more guys coming in on top this may cause bumps. The fleet is shrinking this year and they can only staff what they have for captains. Last I looked there are 48 in ewr on 76t and 105 FO. With 50 guys coming in and 50 new hires that's 200 FO. Anyone else see the problem with this?
