If you have times that are within the published mins, many airlines who attend the conferences will move your resume to the top of the stack if you take the trouble to go there and show your face at their booth and chat for a while.
You have to have a badge to enter, so you have to pay the $$$. The real value is not the info presented, but the opportunity to meet recruiters. Come prepared for an interview, w/ resumes and a suit.
