Two months to get into the plane for IOE. However, I hear the hiring will soon cease if it hasn't already. I've been told that more airplanes will leave the XJT side than attrition will deal with so those pilots will be afforded the chance to come to the ASA side instead being furloughed to the street. Hence the hiring will stop for a short time to the CRJ to make room for those pilots.
You also may get the chance to fly the 145 over here as well. Two instructors said that 10 of the ASA IP's where being sent to get trained on the 145. They are also saying our old former E120 program manager, DG, says it will not be a tough jump to the be the new program manager for the 145.
oooooooooooh. Sounds like there might be new CPAs on the LASA side soon. Guess what kind of A/C?
