Anderson owns roughly 1 million shares free and clear. He also owns restricted stock. (meaning he can't sell it until a certain date) He also has options that would put him well over 3 million. Those options were granted at various prices. He might have to pay $10 or $15 to buy a share that is now worth $38.
Let's just say he is a very wealthy man and he is getting wealthier by the day while the pilots continue to work for substantially less than we made before the bankruptcy restructuring. The executives have been made whole and then some. We have not. Not by a longshot.

Meanwhile, they are using our pay cuts and DB plan money to buy back stock and give dividends to the stock holders, Richard and Ed being two of the biggest private stock holders!
I only hope Ed has been able to sleep at night, or is he still worrying that he didn't take enough from the Delta Pilots.
