I wanted to share my experience from last week. Fortunately, I was offered a CJO. Overall the interview process was very well done. From the moment you walk in, everybody tries to make you relax and be yourself. The recruiters were professional, friendly, and pleasant.

Regarding prep, I did use Aero Crew Solutions. This prep was crucial to my success. I believe the key is to travel to Atlanta to do the prep face-to-face. Skype or "over the phone" prep just doesn't cut it IMO. I can't say enough great things about Scott with Aero Crew Solutions! If you have an interview upcoming, DO HIS PREP.
