To only get $100 a month in per diem means you're only away from base for 59 hours. Pretty sure even on reserve you'd be gone more than that, especially if they're as short staffed on FOs as everyone says.
At some point you will be making more than guarantee. I don't know when that is, but at some point it will happen.
So, while your assertion that 1st year regional pay sucks (and I'm not disputing that) you could at least be a little more realistic. Whether or not you should go to work at Endeavor is a whole other question.
8 year FO, commuter, back on reserve. I take home a little over 1,800 a month. Realistic enough for you? Now add in a new hire commuting to NYC and it's laughable. Most factories pay high school dropouts more.
