Black is the only color without exception that I can think of for shoes or belt that would go with a dark blue suit. You could maybe get away with other colors with different suits though, and candidates have been hired in other color suits. But if I were wearing a dark blue suit, black shoes and belt would be the ONLY way to go. By a mile.
Do you really want shoes and a belt that "pop" for a conservative interview attire?
