They are absolutely hiring Captains. But they are hiring Captains that are going to be FO's first and need to know that they support the Captain while also making quality decisions that don't compromise safety and promote customer service and efficiency.

I think I know the "right answer" to that particular question, but its not about memorizing that. Its about your frame of mind and presentation. Make good decisions and show your work and you should be fine. Going in with "right answers" locked and loaded and they will see you coming a mile away. This is their job and they are VERY good at it.
