Black is the only color without exception that I can think of for shoes or belt that would go with a dark blue suit. You could maybe get away with other colors with different suits though, and candidates have been hired in other color suits. Do you really want shoes and a belt that "pop" for a conservative interview attire?
Blue/black/black worked for me, but there was a guy in my group with blue/brown/brown. Worked for him. It didn't really "pop."
Polish your shoes, wear tall socks and a suit that fits.
