We didn't "take" your flying. We bid on flying CAL took from you. If we didn't fly it, some other regional would be.
It's just like you didn't "take" ASA's LAX flying...you bid on stuff that Delta took away from ASA. They were far from "keeping the gates warm" as ASA had been in LAX before that whole 69 airplane deal was even a dirty stain on the mattress.
