One other thing to add. Absent revolutions in Egypt, Kiev and Syria the company would have been in compliance. Those flights had nothing to do with the JV. As I have said I expect the pilot group to be compensated for the loss of jobs.
As for EASK being smoke and mirrors it's the only thing that matters as far as the contract and we have very good people watching the numbers.
While it might be the metric by which this thing is measured, what bothers me is that there is a lookback compliance measurement, and like somebody said, it is at the end of our contract. I think that was an excellent observation, and when I think about it, it was stupid on our part to structure it that way. the company got a free pass, and a defacto free loan. We'll be compensated, but you yourself said it will not be much. I don't care for that kind of contractual loophole. So EASKs are the metric. How does that translate to jobs, which is the ultimate importance? I STILL see a ton of AF metal everywhere I go....
