Had to do with a FA who wanted a PAX taken off the plane and I said if the FA wants the pax off the plane then they get off the plane. To me these are crap questions because you never have all the deets. I think they want someone who will do what the Capt wants with no questions asked, but what do I know, I didnt get hired!
You didn't get the point of the questions. They want to watch you work the problem, "expand your team," and use good deduction skills to find the best course of action while respecting your coworkers.
They give you a somewhat vague question intentionally to watch how you methodically build the picture and work the problem (be a captain).... or do what you did. I'll give you one guess as to what direction scores higher.
