At fNWA these covered 2 duty days and were 2 short legs. A turn like you describe could be worth 11hrs credit for 3 flight and less than 12 on duty.
Stands ups were NOT worth 11 hours at NWA, as they were considered a single duty period. They triggered 1 for 2 (1 for 1 3/4 for part of the stand up), and so were worth around 6 hours a piece.
