Has anyone seen anything "Official" that says LC reserves will not be required to acknowledge or are we just chasing our tail?

I know "chasing our tail" is not as sexy a cliché as for example "The Devil is in the details," but one so rarely hears the later anymore I believe it has gone out of fashion.
