the company will "cave" into the pilot group, only after making them work under their current pay rates for as long as possible. when i mean cave your barely going to see a couple % points a year which is about on par with every other regional but the company will still manage to keep them flying 70 seaters for a lot less then they and anybody flying 70 seater's deserve. the union will tout this as a great victory, most pilots will think they have won even tho they are only making 20 grand a year flying a 70 seater, and management will have really won in the end.
yeah i am sure everyone thinks its great you have 70 seaters... too bad if that flying was done by a 100 seater both pilots would be making twice to triple what your bringing home. no disrespect to rah. i am just ****ed at how some people view regionals as a great place to retire because they get to fly a "big" airplane
