Wow, thats pretty disappointing. I don't think very highly of requiring a degree at any stage of the game let alone at a regional.

Earning a degree requires a large amount of responsibility, skill, and hard work. There is more to being an airline pilot than passing an ATP checkride. A degree should be requisite!
