It is very very rare here, for sure. I guess there are always the 2%ers in any group, in our case those FO's who have gone to the NURP jobs are in about a .02% club.
Yea it amazes me because FO's at UPS make a pretty good wage that it seams like there is no reason to step on someone else's back.
