Hey guys, I've been sending in my resume ever since I started (1,000TT) in the industry. I have 2,000TT and recently reapplied, but last night in the crew room at the regional I'm at, I was told that my resume format for their scanner might be wrong. What is the correct format for resumes? Also, would it hurt my chances (1 in a million) of calling HR and expressing my interest over the phone? Atlas is the place I'd like to end up and stay, and I have my fingers crossed that I will one day get the call/email to start the interview process.
